Rental Rates and Policies

Non-Smoking Cabin

Monday thru Thursday—Two Night Minimum    $275.00 for 4 people/per night

                                                                 $25.00 for each

                                                         Additional person/per night

                                                                 Six people total

 

Friday thru Sunday-Three Night Minimum        $300.00 for 4 people/per night

                                                                 $25.00 for each

                                                                 Additional person/per night

                                                                 Six people total         

 

Weekly rental- Monday thru Sunday               $1725 for 4 people/per night

                                                                 $100 for each

                                                                 Additional person/Six people total

 

Children under 12 years of age                      No charge

 

Rates do not include applicable 12% T.O.T. charges

 

Reservations must be made by telephone.  A $275.00 deposit is required and due within ten days of making the reservation.  A $500.00 deposit is required for weekly rentals.

 

Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. NO SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL.
